Recipe Notes
I am sure everyone reading this already knows about naan bread. I am a recent convert and absolutely love it. I have only found the Stonefire brand at HEB and don’t need to look for any other, because I love it that much. It’s become my go-to pizza crust when I need pizza crust quickly. And sadly, that’s almost every time now it seems.  I learned you don’t need pizza sauce (who keeps that on hand??) to spread at the base. You can just slap some simple tomato sauce on it, because don’t we always have tomato sauce on hand?
