Crock Pot Taco Soup

This is a recipe that I make on a regular basis. It’s great to give to others if someone is in need of a meal, or just to enjoy yourself. It’s super easy and healthy at the same time. You can drain some of the juice off and put in a tortilla, or just crumble tortilla chips on top garnished with avocado and sour cream.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground turkey meat
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 can mild Rotel
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn undrained
  • 2 cans pinto beans undrained
  • 1 can black beans undrained
  • 1 jar Picante sauce 16 oz

  • 1 lb. ground turkey meat
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 can mild Rotel
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn undrained
  • 2 cans pinto beans undrained
  • 1 can black beans undrained
  • 1 jar Picante sauce 16 oz
Instructions
  1. Brown meat and onions in skillet. Drain.
  2. Combine with all other vegetables and picante sauce in a slow cooker.
  3. Cover. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
  4. Serve with corn or tortilla chips, sour cream, avocado and shredded cheese.
